Retail Direct is currently seeking a Field Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our last mile market in the Dallas, TX area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Middle and/or Last Mile Home Delivery, Minimum 2 years.
- Experience in managing Independent/Contract Carriers relationships
- Robust Customer Relations skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Leadership qualities a must
- Microsoft Office proficient
Retail Direct’s offerings include Salary Range of $60,000 – $70,000 per year with Bonus potential, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits, Paid Time off and a Company Vehicle.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following;
- Contractor Recruiting & daily Contractor relations.
- Build a local Customer relationship with all locations within the territory.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Achieve metrics targets for assigned territory
- Maintain strong client relationships within territory
- Devise effective daily territory planning strategies
- Identifying opportunities within the market
- Encourage innovation for on-going success
- Weekly Field and Client audits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
